I have been coming here for many years and Aurora couldn’t be more wonderful. However, the administration is rude and has no understanding of how to be gracious. The first time I was treated this way, I thought that Aurora’s professionalism was worth it. By the second time that this happened, I felt so humiliated and threatened that I have decided not to go back. They don’t treat you as a client, they treat you as dirt.

Maybe the threatment would be good if ever was able to use it! However I wrote an email to office and I got a call back to reconfirm an appointment, when I arrived I got only consultation. Well, I would not go in my work time, half city trough to go to free 15min consultation. This is not my fault that they got mess in papers. They called me so many times to reconfirm it, but it still wasnt right. I saw 3 staff ladies there doing nothing, but yet they keep repeting they can not help me today. They did not offer my ANY OTHER day and they were looking at me like the were thinking: what the hell is your problem! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Maybe they are good at what they are doing, but they effectively waste your time as well.

I love going to ricardo maggiore salon it is a special day for me. The stuff is professional wonderfu attentive l service. My stylist is Jonathon. Very energetic professional considerative. Impression he knows what he is doing. Always coming back. Great environment. High quality.

MY BEST ADVICE STAY AWAY from randee elaine spa!!! i have been there about two years for laser removal and they just took all my money!! the service is horrible!! i still have alot of hair on my face< and i already bougt from them 3 pack, they was tried to sell me another one!!! they said that the laser treatment ar garantee, tha is no true!!!

I had this done because of a deal I purchased on livingsocial. Thank God it was a deal, because this treatment did absolutely nothing. You just sweat out a ton of water and then drink a glass of water and gain it all back. Not worth it.
