Clients who must cancel or reschedule an appointment must do so 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Multiple services and packages must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Clients using a gift certificate must also cancel within the required time or the gift certificate will be voided. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy – full charge of service(s) you booked will be charged to the credit card on file.
